Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

DRVN, LLC (“DRVN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital tools, mobile applications, and educational resources designed to help parents and teens manage the process of learning to drive.

We take privacy seriously, particularly because DRVN may be used by families and young drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use DRVN, we may collect the following types of information:

Account information. Information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your name, email address, login credentials, and account role.

Parent and teen account information. Information used to connect parent and teen accounts and manage shared driving progress.

Driving activity. Information related to supervised driving activity, which may include drive time, mileage, dates, routes, practice history, skills, lesson progress, and driving conditions.

Location information. If you enable location services, DRVN may collect location data necessary to record driving routes, mileage, or related driving activity.

Device and technical information. We may collect information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, crash information, and diagnostic data.

Website and analytics information. When you visit drvnapp.com, we may collect standard usage information through cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

Communications. If you contact us, request information, subscribe to updates, or provide feedback, we may retain the information you provide.

How we use information

We use information collected through DRVN to:

  • Provide and operate the DRVN app and website.
  • Connect parent and teen accounts.
  • Record supervised driving activity.
  • Track practice time and progress.
  • Provide driving lessons, skill guidance, and progress information.
  • Improve the performance, usability, and reliability of DRVN.
  • Communicate with users about their accounts, support requests, product updates, or service information.
  • Protect the security and integrity of DRVN.
  • Comply with legal requirements.

We do not use driving information to determine whether a teen should receive a driver’s license, insurance coverage, or any other official qualification.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate DRVN, such as cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, email, or technical-service providers. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to DRVN and are subject to appropriate privacy and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of DRVN or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the business.

Information shared between parents and teens

DRVN is designed around shared supervised-driving activity. Certain information may therefore be visible to linked parent and teen accounts, including practice history, driving time, skills, progress, and other information related to the learning process.

Information recorded within a linked DRVN account may be accessible to other members of that account relationship.

Children and teen users

DRVN is intended for parents and teens who are of legal age to begin the learner-driver process in their jurisdiction.

DRVN is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to DRVN, please contact us at info@drvnapp.com.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide DRVN, maintain required business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our services.

When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify associated personal information except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your DRVN account and associated personal information through the DRVN app or by emailing info@drvnapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. See Contact and privacy requests for details.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
